FAQs

What is your typical participant profile?

Evolve participants typically are ages 18 and up, and include Colorado locals as well as people from all over the country. Some are coming from wilderness therapy or treatment, while others have been living at home or independently. They are ready for accountability and support to make a life change. Whether that’s sobriety and mentorship, executive functioning, or academic coaching - participants seek us out for a wide variety of reasons. The common thread is the accountability and life coaching from our incredible team of mentors, though we do have people that reach out for sober living only. Give us a call and tell us what you are interested in.

How long do Evolve services last?

This really varies from one person to the next. On average, participants receive services 4-6 months.

How do I know Evolve is right for me?

Evolve participants recognize that they need accountability and support in their life in certain areas. We know that even if you are ready for accountability, it doesn’t mean you won’t make a mistake. A key characteristic of our participants is that they are willing to try to change. We don’t expect perfection. We do expect an openness to feedback and willingness to accept accountability.

What is the admissions process?

Our process is straightforward: First, we will schedule a phone call with either a prospective participant or their parents, whichever comes first. We will definitely want to have one or several phone calls with the participant. If both parties want to move forward after the initial calls, we do a clinical assessment and simultaneously start to build out the framework of what the program might look like. We do a full a clinical review where applicable to make sure this is the right level of care. Next, we have an application and paperwork process. Once the decision is made to work together, we will put together a team of mentors and support, as well as finalize program details, including the date of arrival.

What is the cost of your program?

Evolve is a phase-based approach that reduces services and support as each participant moves towards independence and life skill. The introductory phase is known as Ascend, and is $4,200 per month. Participants move into the middle phase (Altitude) once basic life skills and goals are demonstrated. This phase costs $2,800 per month. Finally, Approach represents the final stages of the Evolve program and is reached when the participant is ready to move towards full independence from the treatment process. Housing is additional and determined by location.
